Brief

Motivate 300 mining managers to engage with and embrace the future culture of Samancor. Build on the foundation laid during last year's conference.

Solution

• Developed an all-embracing theme called ‘Earn Your Wings’.
• Pulled the theme through every detail from boarding pass invitations to a fuselage-styled set to flight-themed presentations
• Created engaging performance vignettes to drive the theme home
• Used Prezi as the presentation platform
• Worked closely with and fully rehearsed speakers to build confidence

Result

Delegates engaged passionately with the idea of a new future for Samancor, and each other.
